[Gossip] Halle Berry Says She's Moving To Europe With Her Daughter

And boyfriend Olivier Martinez...

Halle Berry has asked the judge in her custody battle for permission to move to France with boyfriend Olivier Martinez and her daughter Nahla. Gabriel Aubry is said to be fighting the decision.

She filed papers requesting the move and the hearing is pending. Aubry is upset because he believes the move is designed to keep him away from his daughter. He's also upset that Halle's boyfriend will live with them. Halle could argue that it's safer for Nahla to be in France, especially since one of Berry's stalkers has been released from jail.
